Serial Burglary Suspect Arrested Again

On November 24, 2009, at about 0708 hrs, Fayetteville Police Officers responded to Abbotts Landing Apartments for a residential breaking and entering in progress.  A witness was able to give a description of the suspects and suspect vehicle and a direction of travel for the vehicle.  Officers converging on the area were able to set up a perimeter and locate the vehicle.  The suspects were taken into custody.  The following suspects were charged with Felony Conspiracy and Attempted Breaking and Entering:

Terrell Lamont McIntyre (8/16/1980, 1435 Gairloch Drive)

Antonio Reginald McReynolds (10/25/1984, 4420 Dudley Road, Hope Mills)

Both suspects received a $7500.00 secure bond.  Both suspects have already bonded out of jail.  Property Crimes Detectives are investigating other breaking and enterings in the area to determine if McIntyre or McReynolds were involved.

Terrell McIntyre has other recent pending breaking and entering charges.  On November 6, 2009, Fayetteville Police Officers responded to the 5500 block of Faith Drive in reference to a residential breaking and entering in progress.  Officers received information from a witness and were able to arrest McIntyre on scene.  He was charged with Breaking and Entering, Felony Larceny, and Felony Possession of Stolen Goods for that incident.  Once again, McIntyre was able to bond out of jail shortly after being booked and processed.

McIntyre was also arrested on October 25, 2009 by Fayetteville Police Officers on warrants for arrest taken out by the Greenville, NC Police Department.  He was charged that day with two counts of Breaking and Entering, two counts of Felony Larceny, and two counts of Felony Possession of Stolen Goods.  McIntyre also has a pending Habitual Felon charge.

Yesterday’s Booking Room photographs of McIntyre and McReynolds are attached to this release.
