Felony Hit and Run

On Thursday March 26, 2009 at 2:45 pm, a 1992 Chrysler Lebaron driven by Lisa Diane Parrish of Southern Pines, North Carolina, struck a 2005 Harley Davidson driven by David Chesier on Murchison Rd. near Pamalee Dr. Lisa Diane Parrish fled the scene on foot after the collision. David Chesier, a soldier assigned to Ft. Bragg, suffered extensive leg injuries and was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. The injuries do not appear to be life threatening at this time.


Lisa Diane Parrish is currently wanted by the Fayetteville Police Department as a result of this accident for Felony Hit and Run, Failure to Yield the Right of Way Causing Serious Injury and Open Container. Lisa Diane Parrish is also wanted by the North Carolina Department of Corrections for a Probation Violation.
