Update to Original Release

 

On 4/14/11, Justin Michael Oxendine (26) was arrested for a breaking and entering that occurred in the 500 block of Deep Creek Road on 4/12/11.  While Oxendine was given an unsecured bond on 04/13/11 for similar charges and released, he was located again, arrested and given a $10,000 SECURED BOND.  Justin Oxendine was charged with the following:

 

  • Breaking & Entering into a Residence
  • Larceny
  • Possession of Stolen Property

B & E Suspect Arrested

 

On 4/13/11, Justin Michael Oxendine (26) was arrested for a break-in that occurred on Marlborough Road on 3/30/11.  He was charged with:

 

  • Breaking & Entering into a Residence
  • Larceny
  • Possession of Stolen Property

 

Interestingly, Oxendine, who has been convicted of:

 

  • Possession of Cocaine
  • Sell Cocaine (4 counts)
  • Possession of Marijuana
  • Sell or Deliver Counterfeit Controlled Substance (2 counts)

 

and has the following charges pending:

 

  • Possession of Marijuana (2 counts)
  • Breaking and / or Entering
  • Larceny
  • Possession of Stolen Property
  • Carrying a Concealed Weapon

 

was given a $1,000 UNSECURED BOND.  Since being released on bond,  detectives have taken out additional warrants for a break-in that occurred on 4/12/11 in the 500 block of Deep Creek Road.

 

2nd Unsecured Bond

 

On 1/25/11, Eddie Clay Norwood III (21) was arrested and charged with the following for an incident that took place on 12/21/11:

 

  • Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon
  • Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon
  • Second Degree Kidnapping
  • Felony Conspiracy

 

In this case, Norwood was given a $25,000 Secured Bond.

 

 

On 4/13/11, Eddie Clay Norwood III (21) was arrested and charged with the following for an incident that took place on 12/30/10:

 

  • Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon
  • Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon
  • Second Degree Kidnapping
  • Felony Conspiracy

 

Even with Norwood's pending charges, he was given a $40,000 UNSECURED BOND.
