Looking for Suspects

On May 10, Fayetteville Police Officers responded to a report of a Larceny at Jim's Pawn Shop at the 4600 block of Yadkin Rd. According to employees, an individual walked in, asked to see a Rolex Submariner Watch (valued at $8000) and then ran out the store with the merchandise. Employees followed the suspect and watched him hop into a red Pontiac G6 with another black male in full military camouflage uniform behind the driver's seat. The Pontiac drove away northbound on Yadkin Road.  During the course of their investigation, detectives found video from a near-by surveillance camera of the car driving away. Footage from the camera can be found on the Fayetteville Police Department's YouTube page at

The suspect is described as:

  • Black male
  • Approximately 19 to 25 years old
  • 5'06" to 5'08" tall
  • Wearing ACU pants (military camouflage), tan shirt, and black tennis shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at (910) 433-1856 or Crimestoppers at (910) 483-TIPS (8477).
