While attempting to serve felony warrants on Shirley Pinella at 6816 Radial Drive, officers smelled chemicals and observed items associated with the manufacturing of Methamphetamine.
Based on the initial discovery, officers applied for and obtained a search warrant for the residence. Once inside, they discovered a Methamphetamine lab and the State Bureau of Investigation was contacted to assist with the investigation.
The investigation revealed that the suspect had been conducting " meth cooks " for some time, which produced just enough for his consumption. A hazardous clean up crew was called in to process the scene and clean up was completed at approximately 4:30am.
Police arrested Donald Thomas Lowe Sr., 32, for Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of a Chemical Precursor for Manufacturing and Maintaining a Dwelling for Manufacturing. Lowe received a $25,000 secured bond.
Also arrested was Shirley Anne Pinella, 33, for three counts of Forgery of Instrument and two counts of Uttering of Forgery Instrument.
